Dot is a pure bred Ocicat that was being used to make kitties that sold for $350/each. We rescued Dot 10/93 and had her spayed right away. Dot came to us with an upper respiratory infection that she picked up in a cattery that will never go away. We call her our "upstairs kitty" because she loves to sit on our laps or shoulders when we are working on the computer and her next favorite spot is in our closet. Unfortunately, Dot can be really mean to the other cats.
