Ingredients
- 1 pound crab meat
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
Directions
- Mix the crab, bread crumbs, milk, egg, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, green onions, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Grab a handful of the mixture and form a patty.
- Heat the oil and melt the butter in a pan.
- Fry the patty in the oil and butter until golden brown on both sides, about 2-4 minutes per side.
